Aurelia Coast
Your guide to the realm's tourism capital, courtesy of the Aurelia Coast Convention & Visitors Bureau — the Draw, the districts, and everything worth seeing along the way.
Welcome to Aurelia Coast — a glowing coastal metropolis of towers, boardwalks, and tide pools built for splashing, not shipping. Most visitors come for the Draw. They stay for everything else. Our walk-in visitor center is housed inside the Chamber of Draws itself, on the Royal District concourse — look for the teal awning, and ask for a map.
The Chamber of Draws isn't one room. It's dozens, each configured for a different game. Ours is the realm's best-known: a Pick 4, ten single-digit balls on the roster, only four drawn each night. Elsewhere in the complex, other chambers run their own configurations for the realm's double-digit teams — 21, 22, 34, and more — open to visitors on a rotating schedule. Check the walk-in center for today's viewing list.
Getting your bearings
Royal District & the Chamber of Draws. Where it all happens. The monarchy's seat, the daily Draw, and the closest thing the realm has to a main street. Start here.
Starlight Boardwalk District. Neon pier, arcade games, and the best view of the tide at dusk anywhere in the realm. Busiest after dark, which is the point.
Aqua Paradise District. Tide pools built for splashing, not shipping. Bring a towel.
Citizen Commons. Public squares, street food, and the realm's actual town square energy — lit up after dark, easy walking from the Boardwalk.
Lucky Lantern Park. Does exactly what its name promises. Lanterns, luck-themed games, a decent spot for a picnic between attractions.
Mother's Core Towers & the Industrial Ring. The machinery that keeps the games running, and generally not open to visitors — the gear-work behind a daily Draw isn't a small operation. The observation deck on Core Tower Three offers a safe, filtered look at the turning gears for anyone curious.
Celestial Observatory. Stargazing, open late, and popular with a certain kind of dreamer. Ask about the realm's whisper-listening program if the docent brings it up — they usually do.
Founders' Ruins. Currently closed for restoration work. Check back soon.
The Underbelly. Not part of the official visitor circuit.
The Draw — Aurelia Coast's signature attraction
Whatever numbered balls are raised to believe, the realm runs on tourism, not numbers. What Aurelia Coast is actually famous for is the show. The numbers games are tradition — run by Mother on the monarchy's behalf, exactly the way they've always been run — and the biggest of them, the one tourists cross an ocean for, happens daily at the Chamber of Draws in the Royal District.
Every lottery ball is born with a four-digit form-up code buried somewhere inside — a sequence that, once it surfaces, transforms an everyday shape into the perfect sphere the chamber needs. Every ball learns their code naturally. Every ball forms up without thinking. Every ball fits the tubes, eventually gets drawn, and earns the number stamped on their surface.
Only numbered balls are lottery balls. Every other citizen of Aurelia Coast is a ball too — they're just not playing. But a numbered ball is royalty, whether or not it ever feels like it: prestige, opportunity, a seat close to the monarchy that rules from the Royal District. Everyone unnumbered lives outside that system entirely, working ordinary jobs in the lower districts, watching doors open for balls they'll never be. Some of them fight their way in anyway. Some of them never get the chance.
"Numbered balls are prestigious. They are the backbone of the economy. They are symbols of honor. They are the monarchy's pride."

Visitor tips
The daily Draw begins promptly at dawn in the Royal District. Arrive early — it's standing room only most mornings, and the whole realm seems to show up for the good ones.
No flash photography during form-up, please. It startles the balls mid-transformation, and the guards will ask you to leave.
Curious who's actually on the roster this season? Meet the current cast — ten balls, zero through nine.
And if you've heard the rumor that one of them never fit the tube: it's true, and it's the best story we've got.
